The light I ordered showed up broken. The glass had a chip and there was a dent in the brass. I sent multiple emails to their customer service, but they won’t do an exchange or refund, claiming the damage isn’t significant. I wouldn’t recommend this retailer since they clearly aren’t trustworthy or professional and seem to look for any reason to dodge their responsibilities.

Overall, they really need to step up their service. Honestly, I ordered some wall lights and paid for them, but when I checked their site, it said there were 7 in stock. Instead, they just refunded my money... they ought to keep their website updated. Plus, one of the lights I received was broken, and the package was messed up too. I'm not happy with how things turned out...

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Watch out for their refund rules. You gotta cover the return shipping, they don’t confirm when they get it back, and in my experience, you have to keep bugging them to find out what’s going on. Only to find out they won’t give you your money back because the item wasn’t sent back EXACTLY how they shipped it. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing, every bit of packaging was returned. Refund denied. Completely unreasonable. If you’re thinking about buying from them, either make sure you’ve seen the item in a store or carefully record yourself unboxing it, just in case you need to send it back. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

I had a really bad experience with customer support. I placed an order for a light fitting costing over £200, and I was expecting to get a delivery update within 2-4 working days as mentioned on my invoice. Here I am on day 5, and still no word from them. They’ve already taken the money from my account, and despite reaching out to them twice via email, I haven’t heard back. There’s no phone number to call anyone directly, which is just ridiculous. I’m appalled by the lack of communication after they’ve taken my cash. I still don’t have my delivery or a refund. My advice to anyone thinking about it… steer clear of now lighting unless you want to lose your money without getting your stuff.

This light fitting is top quality and priced just right, plus it looks amazing! The customer support and delivery were outstanding, especially since I had to send back one lamp (totally my mistake). I would highly suggest Now Lighting for all your lighting needs.

I can't suggest Nowlighting. I bought a light along with two sets of bulbs. The price was good and the shipping went smoothly. An electrician put in the lights and bulbs, but just a week later, a bunch of the bulbs went out. I reached out to Nowlighting through their site, but I never got a response. Because of this, I'm hesitant to place another order with them in the future because of their customer support.

This light is of excellent quality and comes at a reasonable cost. Now, my lighting issues are quickly resolved, thanks to DHL.
